Nanny Payroll by Nationwide Payroll is specially designed for employers of nannies and other domestic staff. We provide everything needed to meet Inland Revenue requirements for the correct and timely calculation and payment of income tax and national insurance.
We are able to provide a fully managed weekly or monthly service.

Tax Paid By BACS

Facilities are available to pay both employees and PAYE by BACS. This is done using your own BACS Service Number, or our unique Complete Payment Service, if you do not have sponsorship from your bank for direct BACS payments. Alternatively, clients may wish to pay the employees and HMRC themselves so you would be provided with all of the relevant reports and information required for this to be done.

Low Fixed Cost

Our fees are fixed to provide transparency and the peace of mind of what the cost will be to you each month. There are no hidden charges. The fixed monthly fee is what you pay, unless the number of employees increases significantly.

Appointing an Agent with HMRC

By appointing us as your agent with HMRC we will deal with them directly on your behalf regarding any matters that arise from your payroll. We will electronically file your documents, and any correspondence from HMRC will come directly to us as your agent to enable us to deal with issues on your behalf.

All Types of Pay Components

A wide range of additions and deductions from pay are available as standard and are clearly shown in the Payroll Reports and on Payslips. These items may be taxable or non-taxable as appropriate.

Various reports are available to suit each client’s individual needs.

Importing and Time Sheet

We can provide Import Files and Turnaround forms for details of hours worked, additional payments, expenses, etc., for completion and return, either by fax, post or email.

We can send all Payroll Documentation to our clients via our secure myepaywindow portal.
